Council Development
We provide thorough training on roles and responsibilities for local government officials, supported by guidance in developing by-laws and code of conduct policies. Additionally, we offer onboarding programs for new council and board members to ensure they are ready to effectively and productively serve their communities from the outset of their terms. As a result, officials are better equipped to make informed decisions, uphold ethical standards, and foster transparent governance that builds public trust. These initiatives ensure that both new and experienced members have the skills and knowledge needed to positively impact their communities.
Interim – Contract Services
We provide experienced professionals to support communities during short-term leadership transitions. We also offer long-term assistance to communities that need professional services but face budgetary restrictions or do not require a full-time employee.
Performance Evaluation Facilitation
We assist communities by providing expert facilitation services for city administrator performance evaluations. Our 360-degree evaluation includes confidential interviews with council members and staff to gather diverse perspectives on the administrator’s performance. This process builds trust, transparency, and accountability across leadership and council; clarifies expectations, roles, and responsibilities; and strengthens collaboration while creating a framework of continuous development that benefits the Administrator, leadership, and the council. Two-way discussion and reflection are central to a successful process.
Project Management
We deliver comprehensive project management services designed to guide communities through every stage of their initiatives. Beginning with an initial needs assessment, we work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify solutions. We promote cross-departmental collaboration and integration, making certain that all voices are heard and considered throughout project planning and execution. Once solutions are identified, we oversee the implementation process, ensuring that projects progress efficiently and effectively.
